4. RESERVE FUND TRANSFER (CFO)
Email from Marilyn Mathieu 5/17/2011: I will be requesting a Reserve Fund Transfer before June 30, 2011 due to a network issue we are having.....We have experienced a network "meltdown" due to upgrades to our servers that have not kept up with our "Citrix" farm.....this has and will continue to impact payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, etc....
We planned on requesting these funds in October, 2011 but these issues cannot be postponed....I will provide the Finance Committee with all the details at your next meeting.....thanks!
